Homeschool
Like others, my 10 year old Daughter is homeschooling for the second time here in the UK. I wasn't even sure whether it should be spelt as home school or homeschool? For now, when homeschooling functions as a noun, it is still two words, without a hyphen. When it functions as a verb, it usually takes a hyphen, for example, my child is home-schooled. Confusing. I have never been a fan of homeschooling for reasons other than how to spell it but there is no doubt that some day homeschooling will become one word as an adjective and have broader acceptance. Given the Cambridge Dictionary already cites homeschool for verb, noun and adjective - I am going for the single word spelling.
Now that's out of the way, what I really wanted to bring to your attention is a short video that my Daughter produced when she had run out of homeschool work. She asked whether she could help me and I said yes you can how about helping me with marketing my books. This is what she came up with. It's a neat little video that I wanted to share regardless of the grammar!
